.DISCUSSION...Isolated showers and thunderstorms are expected
Monday (<20 percent), mainly for Wallowa County. Otherwise dry
conditions are expected for most of the week, with gusty winds
developing later Monday into Tuesday across the Kittitas Valley,
Simcoe Highlands, Columbia Basin, Gorge and Foothills of the Blue
Mountains. Winds could gust 20 to 30 mph with gusts possibly as
high as 35 mph in some areas. These winds will lead to elevated,
and possibly critical conditions.
