.DISCUSSION...Thunderstorm activity will increase across the
mountainous terrain and central Oregon today while showers
dissipate in the Columbia Basin. Main threat will be the potential
for heavy rainfall over burn scars from the last 2 years.
Thunderstorm activity will redevelop each afternoon through
Monday. Locally breezy winds will also develop through the Cascade
gaps each afternoon and evening through early next week. Low
afternoon RHs briefly return Saturday.
