expected to see another round of moderate to locally heavy rain
with some areas likely (50-70%) seeing over 1 inch by tomorrow
morning. A drying and warming trend will prevail through mid week
with highs near average by Thursday. Chances for light rain
confined mainly to the mountains late Tuesday and late Thursday.
Elevated afternoon humidity forecast through Thursday.
