air lingering with diurnal breezy winds developing through the
Cascade Gaps through the Columbia Basin. Critical fire weather
conditions are expected to develop across the Columbia Basin of
Oregon today with RH dropping as low as 15 percent and winds
gusting up to 30 mph.
