with hot and dry conditions over the region. Isolated
thunderstorm chance (15-20%) today along mountains in central OR
and Grant county. Isolated to scattered thunderstorm chances
(15-30%) over Cascades, central OR, and eastern mountains
Wednesday and Thursday with unstable conditions elsewhere.
Frequent lightning and gusty outflow winds with storms. Breezy
Cascade gap and Basin winds return late Thursday into the weekend.
