.DISCUSSION...
Periods of rain will continue through the day before decreasing
during the evening and ending overnight. Wetting rain is expected
everywhere but central Oregon and nearby locations. Gusty winds
are also expected in the 25 to 30 mph range and possibly as high
as 35 mph across the Columbia Basin, Gorge, Simcoe Highlands and
Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains. Dry weather is then
expected through the week, except for the possibility of some
light rain showers over the mountains on Tuesday.
