.DISCUSSION...Drier air pushes into the region through the
weekend, with relative humidities dropping to 20 to 30 percent
with lower values in Central Oregon. Drier air will creep up into
the Blue and Wallowa Mountains by the weekend, with values as low
as 10 to 20 percent. Winds will stay below criteria, keeping any
widespread critical potential down.
