.DISCUSSION...Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are expected
this afternoon and evening, mainly across the Blue Mountains and
Wallowa County. Any thunderstorms could contain abundant lightning
and gusty winds.
Isolated thunderstorms are possible again Sunday and Monday,
though probabilities are lower (<20%) in these same areas.
A more westerly flow will develop later Monday into Tuesday and
winds will increase and become gusty during this time.
