through the Tuesday. By Wednesday and upper level low will bring
southwesterly flow which will bring in mid level moisture leading
to 15-20%% chances of thunderstorms over the northern Cascades in
Kittitas Valley Wednesday and 20-30% chances of thunderstorms
through central OR and the eastern Mountains Friday and Saturday.
