.DISCUSSION...Cool and wet conditions will continue into this
weekend as another system passes over the region. Temperatures

week. Locally breezy winds will develop through the weekend, with
light winds to persist at least through the middle of next week.

***Winds are 20 foot 10 minute averages***
***CWR-chance of wetting rain 0.10 or greater***
***Ventilation Index is derived from the
transport wind multiplied by the mixing
height in 100`s of feet. Index categories
are a generalized indicator and users are
encourage to develop criteria that are
   suitable and representative of dispersion
conditions in their local area of interest.***
Note: Max transport winds may not occur
at the same time as max mixing height.
