.DISCUSSION...
A dry and warm trend begins today as a system departs the area
and high pressure develops in its wake. High temperatures bump up
5 degrees today and again on Wednesday, with afternoon humidities
also dropping around 5% each day. Moderate overnight recoveries
Wednesday night into Thursday morning will hover in the 40-50%
range for portions of Central and Eastern Oregon. Breezy winds
Thursday associated with a passing system, with a stronger system
Saturday bringing the potential for afternoon thunderstorms.
