Eastern Mountains through Friday afternoon. Not expecting any
abundant lightning with this system, then the entire area dries
out by Friday evening. Afterwards, elevated fire weather
conditions develop with drier air moving in by the weekend, but
not expecting any critical conditions since winds will be below
criteria.
