.DISCUSSION...Elevated to critical fire weather conditions through
the weekend. Through Friday, hot, dry, and areas of unstable
conditions under a ridge of high pressure. A low-pressure system
will bring very low to slight (5-20 percent) chances of high-
based showers and thunderstorms Friday and Saturday. Saturday,
widespread breezy winds are forecast to overlap with low relative
humidity through the Cascade gaps and across the Columbia Basin
and portions of the Blue Mountains.
