.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions persist through the next few days
with minimum relative humidities dropping to near/at 30 percent
during peak heating. Winds in general will be light with some
diurnal driven speeds with shifts from the northeast to northwest Friday.
Overnight wind values will be mostly light and variable driven by
terrain. Otherwise, overnight recoveries will be good to excellent
ranging from 70 to 75 percent.
