continue before starting to trend down by 4 am tonight, except
areas of sheltering can anticipate winds lower than forecast as
much as 3-5 mph. Good RH recovery tonight/overnight with cooler
conditions tomorrow. Dry conditions in place tomorrow and tomorrow
night. Light wind regime takes hold tomorrow afternoon into
tomorrow night.
