afternoon, a transition to breezy northwesterly winds is expected
along ridgetops as another weather system arrives from the Pacific.
Winds may not mix down to the burn site, but opted to include the
stronger winds if they do mix (50% confidence). Cool temps and
excellent RH recovery are forecast tonight, followed by lighter
winds, cooler temps, lower afternoon RH, and higher mixing heights
on Friday.
