.DISCUSSION...A weather system will introduce periods of rain
and gusty winds through the forecast period. The greatest chances
of rain will begin early Thursday morning through the rest of the
day Thursday, but forecasts don`t show great potential for wetting
rains occurring. The biggest highlight will be the winds, with
the strongest occurring Thursday afternoon with gusts reaching
15-20 mph. Overnight recoveries will be `Excellent` with the
incoming system, with min RH`s in the high 60s to low 70s.
