.DISCUSSION...Winds will shift between west and northwest into the
afternoon today, with winds increasing late afternoon then shifting
to the northwest in the evening. West winds will prevail late
tonight through tomorrow afternoon. RHs will be in the mid teens
in the afternoons, with poor to fair overnight recovery.
Low level inversion will break around 8AM, with unstable conditions
developing overhead as early as 10AM tomorrow. Inversion redevelops
around 8PM, then breaks around 9AM Wednesday.
