15 mph in the afternoon tomorrow. Winds will be diurnally drive,
with shifts to the north in the afternoons and shifts to the
east tonight, then to the south Friday night. Afternoon RHs
tomorrow will be in the mid 20s with good overnight recovery
tonight and moderate to good Friday night. Mixing heights will
be near surface tonight and after 8PM tomorrow night, keeping
smoke near surface, with increasing mixing heights into the
afternoon tomorrow.
