.DISCUSSION...A coupled surface and upper low pressure weather
system will produce a rain/snow mix between elevations of 2800ft
to 3500ft, with mainly light to moderate snow above 3500ft this
morning. Snow levels will rise to around 4500ft tonight, but
a rain/snow mix will prevail generally above 3200ft. Chances
of snow accumulations greater than 3 inches will be 25-45% through
Tuesday morning. Otherwise, there is a 70-75% chance of at least
0.5 inches of QPF through Tuesday, resulting in a 85-95% chance of
wetting rain/precip. Winds will be less than 10mph from the
southeast through Tuesday.
