through the period. Winds will be primarily from the E 5-8 mph
with humidity in the low 20%. Inversion will break after 0800.
Winds overnight will be from the NE 5-8 mph with recoveries in
the upper 20%. Tuesday the inversion will break after 0800 with
S winds 5-7 mph shifting to the SW after 1100, then shifting
to the N 5-6 mph after 1600. Humidity will be in the upper teens.
