.DISCUSSION...An inversion develops between 2200-2300 this
evening with the thermal belt around 2500 feet. Inversion breaks
up between 0700-0800 Tuesday as terrain-driven winds become
west-northwest by late morning before peaking between 1500-1800.
Inversion redevelops between 2100-2200 Tuesday night. Cooler (-3)
and less dry (+6%) conditions on Wednesday after good overnight
humidity recoveries.
