.DISCUSSION...An upper low offshore will bring rain shower chances
to the fire area early Thursday, with shower chances diminishing
before noon (CWR 30-40%). Cool and moist conditions will persist
through Friday and into the weekend, with another round of showers
most of Friday (CWR ~50% late Friday). Afternoon RHs will be above
40% into the weekend, with good to excellent overnight recoveries.
Winds will be light and diurnally driven, with a shift from south
winds Thursday to west winds Friday.
