then shifting overnight to the southwest. Winds will then
shift to the east before tomorrow afternoon. RHs will dip into
the mid teens this afternoon, but improve slightly into the lower
20s tomorrow afternoon. Overnight recovery will be poor to
moderate. Inversion is expected to develop between 8PM and 9PM
this evening, then breakdown between 9AM to 10AM.
