breezy to windy NW winds 10-27 mph gusting to 35 mph shifting to the
WNW 16-26 mph gusting to near 35 mph after 4 PM. Daytime RHs Tuesday
will be in the 14-19% range with moderate overnight recoveries in the
57-62% range. Daytime RHs Wednesday increase to between 36-41%.
