.DISCUSSION...Dry weather is expected through early Saturday afternoon, with
rain developing late Saturday afternoon into Saturday night.  A thunderstorm
can not be ruled out Saturday afternoon or evening but chances are very low
(<15 percent).  Wetting rain chances will increase to greater than 60 percent
late Saturday afternoon and higher (>80 percent) Saturday night.

It will be a bit breezy this morning, but then winds will become light this
afternoon.  Winds should then be 10 mph or less through Saturday.

MIN RH values will be around 25 percent today and 30 to 35 percent on Saturday,
with moderate overnight recoveries.
