.DISCUSSION...Patchy dense freezing fog this morning is forecast
to give way to clearing skies and warming temperatures by this
afternoon. Afternoon RH will be lower than it has been in recent
days. Southeast winds are expected to remain under 10 mph today,
followed by lighter winds tonight and Tuesday. Low mixing heights
will keep ventilation low today, followed by slightly better
ventilation on Tuesday due to higher mixing heights, albeit with
lower transport winds by mid-afternoon.
