.DISCUSSION...Upper weather system passage today will lead
to breezy southwest to west winds developing by this afternoon,
with winds weakening late overnight. West winds will prevail
tomorrow. Afternoon relative humidity will dip into the mid
20s today, then decrease into the upper teens tomorrow. Overnight
recovery will be fair to good. There is a low chance (10-15%) of
isolated thunderstorms/showers impacting the fire area
between 2PM to 6PM this afternoon.
