.DISCUSSION...Light, variable winds this evening are forecast to increase
in magnitude overnight, becoming breezy westerly to northwesterly. Rain
showers are very likely (85 percent chance) overnight, with rain showers
likely (55-75 percent chance) lingering through early Friday afternoon.
Southwest winds will ramp by mid-morning Friday, becoming westerly by
afternoon. Winds will decrease in strength overnight Friday night, becoming
lighter by Saturday morning.
