.DISCUSSION...An upper level system will bring rain to the fire area
through the day Tuesday beginning at 22% through noon, increasing to
80% after 5 PM with up to 0.40 inches possible in 24 hours. Another
round of rain with amounts to near 0.30 inches will occur through
Wednesday. Winds will be primarily from the east 5 to 8 mph shifting
to downslope/downvalley through the evening and into Wednesday before
switching to the south after noon Wednesday with slightly higher winds
along the ridgetops (6-10mph). RHs will be excellent through the period.
