.DISCUSSION...Light winds tonight with moderate overnight RH
recoveries. Wednesday will see an increase in winds from the
SW at 5 mph increasing and shifting NW after 11 AM with speed of
5-12 mph with gusts near 20 mph. Daytime RHs will be good in the
40% range with excellent overnight recoveries. Overnight winds
will remain 5-12 with gusts near 20 mph from the W. Thursday winds
will settle to W at 5-8 mph with RHs in the low to mid 30%.
