.DISCUSSION...Dry conditions are expected the rest of the afternoon
into tonight.  However, a weather system will bring an increasing
chance of rain, including wetting rain on Sunday into Sunday
night as a warm front moves across the area through Monday morning.
The rain will end Monday  as a cold front crosses the region. Along with
the passage of the cold front will come increasing southwest winds,
especially on Monday.

Winds will generally be 10 mph with gusts as high as 20 mph through
Sunday night, then winds will increase significantly on Monday with
along and ahead of the cold frontal passage. Winds could gust as high
as 40 mph Monday afternoon.  Winds will decrease Monday evening,
but still remain breezy.

MIN RH values will be 45 to 50 percent on Sunday and 35 to 40 percent
on Monday, with good to excellent recovery tonight and excellent on
Sunday night.
