.DISCUSSION...A threat of showers and thunderstorms this evening,
with best chances after 2300 and extending overnight until 0800 on
Thursday. Storms are approaching from the southwest, which will
shift winds from the north to the northeast by 2000 and from the
southeast around 2100. South winds will persist and shift out of
the northwest by 1100 Thursday. Gusty and erratic winds in and
around thunderstorms, with outflow winds of 40 mph possible.

Sky/weather.........Mostly clear (15-25 percent). 10-15 percent
chance of showers and thunderstorms, primarily
after 2300.
