switching to the NW 5-7 mph and becoming briefly light before
switching to the NE overnight at 5-7 mph continuing through Wednesday.
Daytime RHs today will be in the low to mid 70% with excellent
(90-98%) and Wednesday in the upper 60% to low 70%. There is a less
than 30% probability of the area seeing patch fog/freezing fog
Wednesday  morning. Temperatures overnight will be at or below freezing.
