north winds to redevelop Monday morning. Afternoon RHs in the
upper single digits are expected across portions of the fire
area, while overnight recovery will be poor to moderate. Expect
inversion to begin lifting around 10AM, with greatest unstable
conditions after 1PM. Inversion/thermal belt will develop after
9PM.
