thermal belt around 4000 feet Friday morning. Winds will increase
through the afternoon out of the north-northwest under clear
skies. Incoming dry cold front Saturday will bring breezy
conditions, peaking in the mid-to late afternoon. Minimum
humidities improve 6-9% from Friday.
