.DISCUSSION...Excellent (70-75%) humidity recoveries Thursday
morning will lead to a 10% improvement in afternoon humidities and
cooler high temperatures than on Wednesday. Winds will stay light,
but will begin to increase overnight as a system approaches and
moves over the fire area Friday. Winds will peak Friday morning,
but will stay elevated through the day. This system will also
increase instability and mixing heights in the afternoon, with a
slight chance of a shower late in the afternoon.
