.DISCUSSION...Breezy southwest winds will continue through
Tuesday morning, weakening slightly in the afternoon. Expect
winds to increase in the evening again, with winds decrease to
10 to 15 mph by Wednesday afternoon. Afternoon RHs tomorrow will
stay above 30%, then decrease into the upper 20s Wednesday.
Overnight recovery will be good. Tomorrow mornings inversion is
expected to break around 10AM, then redevelop between 8PM and
10PM tomorrow night.
