Sunday. Sunny skies today, with breezy afternoon winds due to a
weak gradient along the Cascades. Afternoon mixing heights will
change little today and Tuesday, but better ventilation will
occur today due to increased surface and transport winds. Dramatic
wind shifts expected Tuesday, northeast in the morning, then
southwest in the afternoon.
