.DISCUSSION...Northwest winds are forecast to continue today,
breezy during the morning and late afternoon. There is a slight
chance (15 percent) of thunderstorms this afternoon and evening,
but most activity is forecast to remain along the east slopes of
the Cascades. A shift to northeast winds is forecast for Thursday.

                    becoming partly cloudy (30-50 percent) in the
                    afternoon. Slight chance (15-20 percent) of
                    showers and thunderstorms late in the afternoon.
