Winds will increase in the morning after 1100 to the W at 5-8 mph
then NW after 1600 becoming light overnight. RHs will be in the
upper 20% to lo 30% during the day and overnight recoveries will be
above 90%. Wednesday will see light winds to start becoming NW 5-7
mph after 1600 with RHs in the upper 30% to low 40%.
