.DISCUSSION...Dry weather is expected through Saturday.

MIN RH values will be around 15 percent today and 25 to 30 percent
on Saturday, with moderate overnight recoveries.

Winds will be out of the northwest and north this morning, then shift
to the southeast this afternoon with speeds mainly 10 to 15 mph in the
morning, then 10 mph or less.

Winds increase tonight and Saturday and will be out of the northwest
tonight and west on Saturday with gusts up to 40 mph.

                    afternoon.
