.DISCUSSION...An upper level ridge will build over the fire site
starting Monday and remain the dominant weather feature into mid-
week. This will result in daytime RH values in the mid to high
teens and only moderate overnight recoveries. The pattern of light
winds in the overnight and morning hours accompanied by patchy
smoke, followed by increased wind speeds during the afternoon and
evening will continue under the ridge.
