forecast through the remainder of the week. Winds will be diurnally
driven, strongest from the northwest in the afternoon and evening hours.
Confidence is increasing that winds and RHs will be near Red Flag
criteria both Thursday and Friday afternoon/evening. Overnight RH
recovery is expected to be moderate.
