with dry relative humidities in the mid teens to lower twenty`s
coupled with breezy winds developing in the afternoon. Wind gusts
could reach up to 20 to 25 mph, especially in the later afternoon
hours. Overnight recoveries will be good hovering in the 70 to 80
percent range.
