.DISCUSSION...Winds will generally be less than 10mph, and shifting
from the southwest to west Wednesday into Wednesday night, then
shifting to the east Thursday. Afternoon RHs will be in the lower 40s
tomorrow, and upper 40s Thursday with good to excellent overnight
recovery. Another night of clear skies will bring cold morning lows
tomorrow morning. An approaching system will increase light precip
chances across the burn area Wednesday night into Thursday morning.
Light snow will also be possible as low as 5.5kft in elevation
Wednesday night, with mostly rain during the day Thursday.
