  Eastern Columbia River Gorge of Oregon and Washington, Lower
  Columbia Basin of Oregon and Washington, North Central Oregon,
  Yakima Valley, and Simcoe Highlands.

* WHEN...From 11 AM to 11 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
