* WHAT...Visibility generally between one-half mile and one mile in
  fog and freezing fog.

* WHERE...In Oregon, Foothills of the Northern Blue Mountains of
  Oregon. In Washington, Yakima Valley and Foothills of the Blue
  Mountains of Washington.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Webcams show reduced visibilities on portions
  of I-84, SR-204 and SR-11 near Pendleton, Athena and Walla Walla
  and SR-24 and I-82 between Sunnyside and Yakima.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If driving, slow down, use low beam headlights, and leave plenty of
