  south and east of Yakima.

  of the Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon, and Foothills of the
  Blue Mountains of Washington.

* WHEN...Until 10 AM PST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Along the Foothills of the Northern Blue
  Mountains of Oregon, dense fog is expected to remain confined to
  the Oregon side of the Walla Walla Valley with little to no fog
  farther south towards Pendleton.
