* WHAT...West winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.

* WHERE...Eastern Columbia River Gorge of Oregon and Washington,
  Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon, Foothills of the Southern Blue
  Mountains of Oregon, North Central Oregon, and Simcoe Highlands.

* WHEN...From 11 AM to 11 PM PDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
