The National Weather Service in Pendleton has cancelled the Red
Flag Warning.

Extensive cloud cover and rain showers earlier today have dampened
the potential for unstable conditions for the Flat Fire. With a
cooling and wet trend expected for the remainder of the week, have
opted to cancel the Red Flag Warning early.
