Winds have decreased and relative humidities have increased above
30 to 40 percent across the region. Northerly breezy winds will
develop tomorrow, but relative humidities are expected to remain
above critical thresholds. Therefore, will allow the Red Flag
Warning to expire at 11 PM tonight.
