The National Weather Service in Pendleton has cancelled the Red
Flag Warning.

Relative humidities this late evening are rising above critical
thresholds, while winds have begun to weaken as well. Locally
stronger winds through the Kittitas valley, Eastern Columbia River
Gorge, and western portions of the Columbia Basin will continue to
bring elevated fire weather conditions, but are expected to
gradually weaken over the next several hours.
