Including the cities of Athena, Pendleton, and Pilot Rock

Patchy dense fog with visibility of one-quarter mile or less has
been observed along portions of the foothills of the northern Blue
Mountains, including along I-84 and OR 11. Fog is expected to
persist through the early morning hours.

Expect rapid reductions in visibility over short distances, slow
down and allow extra distance between other vehicles on the road.
