...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL UMATILLA AND WEST
CENTRAL UNION COUNTIES THROUGH 600 PM PDT...

At 531 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Kamela, or 7 miles southeast of Meacham, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...Kamela.

This includes Interstate 84 between mile markers 240 and 250.
