WEDNESDAY ABOVE 4500 FEET...

* WHAT...Snow expected Above 4500 feet. Total snow accumulations of
  6 to 10 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...East Slopes of the Oregon Cascades.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM PST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
  visibilities to create difficult driving conditions. Gusty winds
  could bring down tree branches.
