  Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Upper and Lower Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades
  Crest.

* WHEN...From 4 AM to 10 PM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Periods of moderate and heavy snow will combine with low
  visibilities to create difficult driving conditions.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The advisory does not currently include
  Snoqualmie and White passes. Heaviest snowfall is forecast south
  of White Pass.
